Well damn. I haven't drawn this guy in a VERY long time. He is probably one of my oldest surviving characters, created all the way back in '94 or '95. He was one of my most powerful characters, and he was ridiculously powerful with like 999999 HP in the old RPG and could control time and everything. You could almost consider him the Chuck Norris of my universe years ago. However, since changing things over the years he fell into the background and eventually got completely invalidated. That is, until I resurrected his character recently.

Now he's a divine, immortal prophet and the supreme leader/emperor of the Thousand Clans of Myr'ahn, the big lizard empire consisting of hundreds (thousands?) of individual clans. Despite the ridiculous upgrade in social status I kept his appearance generally the same as he has always looked - bandages on the limbs, torn up clothes, and the poleaxe's shape (albeit the poleaxe is bigger and more ridiculous now). This guy was my quintessential poster character for years before Khyranne stole that spot, and I figure he deserved such an upgrade.

This drawing is notable because it's the first character drawing I've done in a while where I really paid attention to the background. Although some angles are screwed up, he's definitely got a serious sense of place thanks to that background. Heh.
